For events like weddings, we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance. For portrait sessions and smaller events, 2-4 weeks notice is typically sufficient, but availability may vary during peak seasons.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14-30 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before the session are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be available subject to our calendar availability.

Typically, we deliver portrait sessions within 1-2 weeks, commercial photography within 2-3 weeks, and weddings or large events within 4-6 weeks. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Yes, we regularly travel throughout the UK for photography assignments. For locations within 30 miles of our studio, travel is included in our standard rates. Beyond that, additional travel fees may apply. We're also available for international projects.
